The Executive Board of ICMG UK Enfield Branch recently completed an extensive ten-day study visit across Germany, designed to strengthen organisational knowledge, benefit from institutional experience and help shape the future direction of the branch.
During the programme, the delegation visited the IGMG Headquarters as well as several regional headquarters and well-established local branches. Throughout the visit, members observed a wide range of organisational activities, including education, religious guidance, youth development, women's services, community engagement, volunteer management and organisational administration.
The programme provided valuable opportunities to learn about the organisational structure, long-term strategic planning and successful projects implemented across different regions. The delegation also held productive discussions with experienced leaders and volunteers, exchanging ideas and sharing perspectives on strengthening community services.
A key objective of the visit was to equip the newly established Executive Board of ICMG UK Enfield Branch with practical knowledge, inspiration and a broader institutional perspective.
